      Payed for new car key to be made & never received one from the locksmith. Called several times to meet at shop was never there , He said he would deliver it to my home he never showed, Now hes not answering or returning phone calls.

      ******* website say they accept credit cards. Upon placing the order I was required to provide credit card and digitalized signature. I sent my EiS. Received notification that keys were done and ready to return but that they do NOT take credit cards and the only payment method accepted is CashApp or Venmo. I requested they return my EIS, which cost me $ ***** to ship, with the reason being they offered no purchase protection and changed the original terms. I was told I must send money for return shipping. I refused and demanded my part be returned at the sellers expense.. its been a week and I cannot drive my car. Im so angry!

      I first contacted "Instacarkey" on Decmeber 5th 2024. Scheduled an appt for them to go to my wife's place of work and program two new key fobs and cut two new keys for her car. They arrived very late and never called about the delay. They programmed one fob and said they would need to come back in two days with a different computer to clear some codes and then we would be able to use the second fob. We agreed and they were paid for the entire job. They did not show! I have called more than 30 times in the last month and a half. On the rare occasion someone answers the phone, they "schedule" a new appt, and then they do not show up! I leave a message each time and they NEVER respond. They took $242 payment and did not finish the job. The key fob they claim to have programmed only half works, it will not open the hatch.

      Two times this month I went to InstaCarKey to get a key fob programmed as well as 2 sensors installed in my vehicle. The sensors were put in and I was charged $265.70 for that, earlier I was charged $114.40 for the key fob which is now broken after someone at ******* forced the key to start the vehicle. This person (******) did not provide ANY receipts for ANY of the work that he did, so basically, he pocketed the money. I WANT A REFUND OF EVERY DIME THAT I PAID THIS PERSON. This person is a ***** and a bold-faced liar.

      Transaction date March 11th 2024. Spoke to individual at the company phone number to confirm able to complete the service requested of *********************** reprogramming as documented on their website. Completed the online order information and placed order. Sent the *** and clone. Received phone calls thereafter to complete the payment and they stated that they had received the parts i shipped. Submitted payment on March 19th. No item arrived and attempted to call multiple times however straight to answer service and looks like number has been blocked. Another few weeks have passed and no items received and still unable to contact.

      CONSUMERS BEWARE** LONG REVIEW BUT READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH INSTACARKEY My wife and I located this company online and like many of you looked at the reviews and thought surely this is a good company. I WANT WARN YOU DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!! I am never the type to write reviews actually but with my experience with Instacarkey I need people to not be scammed! We purchased the ******** key fob mail in program in March 2024 and the promise is that you complete the order then mail-in your EIS, then they would charge you once you EIS is programmed and ready to be shipped back. Well they received our EIS on March 14 th and they requested payment through cash app on they same day. We called atleast 15 times because they were not responding to emails nor answering their phones they never confirmed they even received our package until I went on their ******** page and responded on one of their post then they deleted my post which was not harsh nor rude but simply wanting to confirm that they received our EIS. They finally confirmed and promised they would be shipping out or programmed EIS. Well after days go by NOTHING! They were not responding to calls and finally my wife caught ****** on the phone and came with some bogus excuse about how they dont hear the phones ringing in the warehouse and that he would ensure that we receive the tracking number because the package had been shipped on March 20th. Again days goes by and no package and no tracking number. My wife reaches out to them on messenger over and over until they respond again and they provide a tracking number. The problem was that when we pulled up the tracking number it says that **** is awaiting the package. They all the while telling us they shipped it out and then they respond to my wife telling her they have a business to run and they communicate to her all day!! They still to this day have our product and our money

      On January 10th 2024 at exotic auto wrap I was in charge of repairing a eis ignition switch af a 2016 ******** **** G63 and I found online a company called InstaCarKey.Com I placed an order payed $250 plus shipping and mailed the part to the company. Its been now over a month that I have not received any thing from them first it was almost impossible to get a hold of them I tried calling texting emailing . Finally a when I was able to chat with them through there website I was told many things and the last thing was that my part is send out and I should see a tracking number. After checking and waiting I kept trying to contact them again and nothing. At work the company stopped hiring me and the customer is threatening to *** me. I dont know what else I can do to fix this problem.

      hello, i am having an issue with getting a refund check from an automotive repair shop that did work on my car existing Remote start system he said he could fix, but repairs did not work, i then asked and paid for his new remote start system to be installed which he did but it did not work, after 3 weeks of unsuccessful attempts i then asked ****** to remove the new system and reinstall my old system back to the way it was (was not completely reinstalled He indicated he still has a wiring harness he cut out, also headlights did not work after that (found a cut wire which seemed ironic as everything was operational when it went there which cost me additional $87 to have that diagnosed at another mechanic, ****** indicated it had nothing to do with his install but this may have been accidently cut but still incurred an additional cost to me)mechanic ****** agreed to refund and provided a receipt, and mail refund ,it has been well over 2 months, each time indicating they are refunding me i have messenger conversation transcripts indicating this and contacting them is nearly impossible and when i do get messages from them and its always excuses ,and i ask to speak Directly to his boss or owners and he insists they will but do not call me to discuss, and office address online is non-existent and now he is threatening to reduce refund and at ridiculous labor charges and slandering me and my wife saying we treated them as slaves and using them as lab rats! and stating his lawyer and owners advised them not to refund ,what are my legal rights? btw, according to their company reviews this is a common occurance,

      I ******* the company to get my ******** EIS(ignition) and key fob programmed. I sent my items 8/24 they received them 8/25. since then i have called emailed and text all contact info. I have only be responded to once and nothing since it has been almost a month they have had my items and can not drive my car because they have my items. I have asked to just send me my items back, also with no response. I do not mind paying for services if they have completed the service. They have my card info. I really would like my items back so i can seek service somewhere else.

      Since i paid there has been no response. Was told i would receive a tracking number. Have not received one yet. This ridiculous, it has been over a month for something there sight says 1-2 day turn around. I am really upset!!

      I received my items on 9/22. I made a video of me opening the package. I was highly disappointed. The two keys i paid for to be programed to my car in my opinion were not programmed. I spoke with a tech and they were suppose to call me back on 9/23 and did not. I am contacting them monday 9/25 in hopes for a resolution.
