    Last evening I was able to talk with a Ryan from jacks ford who is making this correct, he will be giving me a rental at no cost

    I took my son's vehicle in on 11-15-2022 for estimate, car was deemed non drivable. They quoted us 2-3 weeks for parts and they were 1 month behind in service.and would be approx 8 day repair job. I called them on 12-9-2022 to get status update, spoke with manager Mark and he states they received all parts and work is anticipated to start wk of 12-12. I got phone call from insurance claims adjustor, wyatt, on 12-16, stating sarver collision was not being very upfront about the work, and to let me know my rental was up 12-26. i called and spoke with mark again on 12-16 states unable to start work due to flu sickness in shop, but anticipates wk of 12-19. On 12/20 , adjustor wyatt called me states supervisor involved will update. called me back, mark collision ctr states supervisor kim will not help with any of the fee's for the rental car, due to their lack of working on it. i called mark and he gives excuse still not started, nothing they can do to move along. I am asking that you get involved, to get my vehicle started and completed APPROPRIATELY AND PROFESSIONALLY, and i want them to be responsible in paying some of the cost of rental that needs extened, due to my son goes to school 1 hr away each way, i work daylight and my husband works night turn, so a vehicle is a must. please help :(
