12/1/2024 was the accident for my vehicle that was parked. I am writing to you regarding my vehicle, which was towed to your facility following an accident in which my parked car was hit by another vehicle. I was not informed or given authorization for the towing, and I was shocked to discover that the fees have accumulated to over $5,000far exceeding the actual value of my car, which is only worth $7,000. The fees continue to incur and i believe this is unfair business practices. i would like to negotiate a price for the vehicle as it has been deemed totaled.

It's really hard for me to help you out with out having the Information on the vehicle. As I stated before my system does not have a way to find a vehicle by customer's name.

What I can say is this though, If the vehicle is over $7,000.00, I'm only assuming the car has been here for months. When we get called from State Police, ***************** or ************************* our job is to get done what we are contracted for. Whether is parking, traffic investigation, DUI, DOA or accidents.

Any accident vehicle must not be left at the scene and we also must clean up the scene, you are not allowed to leave any oil or any other environmental fluids on City grounds. They are welcome to call there local police department and verify with them. So they don't think that we are making this up.

We also do not have access to finding out who is the owner is.

I'm not sure how long it took the customer to finding out when their vehicle was taken, but once they did find out, did they call their local police department? Did they get a police report? Did they call their Insurance to put a claim in and to see if it's covered? If not, then why? If so, are they going after the insurance for taking such a long time on this claim?

There is a process and if it was not done in a timely fashion the bill will go up due to it just sitting on my yard. Which is in a secured and we also have security. We cover any windows

If you an have more information on the vehicle I an go and see if there has been any communication with the customer or if the insurance called us.

Would need the Year, Make, Model & VIN #

The towing company is responsible for damaging my vehicles rear tire. Ive had the vehicle for over 3 years and I have never had issues with my tires until it was towed. I attempted contacting the company and requesting to speak to the individual(s) whom drove my vehicle in their towing lot and they have yet to reach out to me. I do have photos saved but I am more than willing to send receipts and photos of my damaged property via-email.

I really can't help with this. I don't see the kind of car or VIN and date. I need to see if they did call as he said he did. I asked my girls in the front if they had any calls of anyone calling for damaged tire or when they left the yard did they come back to complain about the issue? We don't have anything.
