    On April 30 th Rotor -Rooter came out due to water backing up in shower. At that time they told me that it needed to be snaked clear and would return next day for inspection by camera of any water pipe issues,,etc. On 5/1/2024 Rotor -Rooter came and at this time I learned I had a broken water pipe that needed replacing . Their arrival time was about 8:30 am . I had explained to them I had an errand to do, and I was only gone about at the most 1 1/2 hrs.I feel I was overcharged for the service. I have included a copy of invoice for proof. Also I am enclosing proof of time and emails generated today on this matter. The company feels they have charged me what was owed for services rendered. The time is way above the amount they spent completing the work. This is what I have challenged but they continue to say what was charged was correct by their gps tracking. Im hoping you can help me with the charges Im questioning. Sincerely, ******** *******
