      See attached copy of correspondence directed to Mr. Robert C******* April 25, 2023 at Mt. Lebanon Awning. 

      As of this writing, nobody has had the courtesy to respond to my plea. 

      I spoke with Nancy at Mt. Lebanon Awning regarding this correspondence and each time her voice sounded curt: 

      June 16, 2023: major backlog will get truck down here 

      June 7, 2023: behind in calls  

      May 16, 2023: will have someone look at this 

      I am sure if I were behind in my payment I would be directed to a collection agency or placing a new order someone would be here promptly. I am a second generation customer and so sorry I replaced this awning again with Mt. Lebanon Awning.

      Issue has been resolved 7/6/2023.  Letter Mrs. C***** had nothing to do with problem.  The wood where awning was dry rotted which had nothing to do with our service.   We could not mount our fixtures properly to wood unless she had it fixed.  As it turned out her complaint involved hole in awning. We took down awning morning of 7/7/23 and reinstalled it that afternoon.

      A qualified carpenter repaired the wood that was dry rotted May 9, 2023. I was not advised Mt. Lebanon Awning and Tent, Inc. were coming or were at my residence for this repair regarding my complaint. 
      Please be advised the above complaint number has been repaired. This case is closed.
