  Basement Solutions fixed the cracks in my walkway and foundation that were letting water into my basement all spring. Couldn't be happier with the work. The guys worked hard and, despite a scheduling misunderstanding, had the job completed in a week. Best of all, the owner guarantees all of their work! If you want a good price from an experienced team, Basement Solutions 911 is a great choice.

  If I could give them a lower star I would do not use this company they are a joke paid them to water proof my basement they showed up did work finished and left 3 weeks later it rained and my basement was still leaking called them to come out and fix it and got nothing but a run around they finished in March and it is now August and they still haven't fixed it so do not I repeat do NOT use this company

  RUN!!! DO NOT GIVE THE OWNER MR ***** ********* A ***** OF YOUR HARD EARNED MOMEY!!!! I wish I can give a 0 star which is more than the business especially the owner ***** ********* deserved. Mr ********* is a money hunger sales man who will take on a project that he is totally not qualified such as building a brick patio when clearly he is not in the hardscape business!! I got scammed because he was referred by a friend who was later horrified by his work and deeply regretted that he referred him to me. Mr ********* did not care and took no pride of his work, he always has excuses and his only defense is blaming on me the customer! I paid him half of the cost at the beginning, only a week later he asked for addition money to help him out, I did because I was too trusting. The workers told me they often did not get paid on time and will only show up 2 days a week then stop for couple weeks, they also have to learn how to do the work via YouTub. Mr. ********* did not come by to check on the work until I alerted him about the issues. He shameless asked for final payment before the job is even completed. Now I have already paid him $17,000. without the work being completed also end up with the atrocious and unacceptable work performed on my patio by him, which is useless and will require being torn out and replaced altogether. My attorney advised that Mr. ********* are in several litigations and he knows how to work with the system, therefore the hope of recovering my loss is very slim. It is very painful to relive the experiences by writing this reviews, but I want to help to stop people like Mr. ********* to victimize another hard working trusting person like YOU!!

  Basement Solutions completed this job exactly as the customer requested: from the specific bricks she selected, to how the bricks were mortared, to the exact pattern for the bricklaying. The work had to be completed in several stages due to its scope and environmental circumstances; customer was consulted at each stage and expressed satisfaction with each until the work was completed and final payment was due.

  I have a leak in my basement. ***** said they could clear out the clogged french drain. Quoted my $1000, $500 to start then $500 when complete. They went ahead and charged my card the full $1000. They cracked open my cement floor but found no pipe. Left me with a hole in the floor. When I pointed out the job wasn't complete and I thought I was owed $500, ***** interpreted the contract totally different than he original stated. He offer to install a french drain around the perimeter of the basement. I said I needed a very specific contract and should include money left over from the previous work, which somehow he thought was a go ahead to charge my card another $2000. I asked for my money back, but took him 2 weeks and countless phone calls before he said would "try to get me the money." Never use these guys!

  I had them come out to fix a water issue in my crawl space in May 2023. In July I noticed that water was getting in and contacted Scott the owner immediately. He ignored/ dismissed my messages until August 7 when he sent a service guy out who informed both myself and Scott that the crew had damaged the crawl space door seal and it needed to be replaced but he didn’t have the part so he would have to come back. Scott said I wouldn’t be charged. It’s October and they just fixed my crawl space door seal. Then I check my email and Scott sent me a bill for $300. He says that it’s because they fixed my door but they didn’t only the seal. I’m shocked!! First I paid him $18,000 then he ignores me for 4/5 months then he wants to charge me for damages his crew did which he told me I didn’t have to pay for. Bottom line is this, I don’t trust Scott and I would never recommend him to anyone.
