  This company installed epoxy flooring in two of our locations to create a protective surface barrier that looks nice and is easy to clean. The most recent installation cost $40K and both installations had guarantees. The owner if the company personally inspected the site prior to installations and assured us that the problems at the first location would be fixed and that they wouldn't occur at the second. He did not fix the problems at the first location and the same problems occurred at the second location plus some new problems. At in many areas at both locations, the epoxy is becoming detached. Surfaces the epoxy should be protecting are exposed, potentially hazardous chips are breaking loose and it is visually unappealing. The areas where the epoxy is attaching continues to spread - like a loose thread pulled from a sweater. A new problem at the second location the owner of the company identified as "Fish eye" spots all over the epoxy surface that collect dirt. All of these issues are detrimental to our business. The owner of the company stopped by a few times to inspect the issues. He did repair some small issues, but he kept promising to come back to fix the rest when he had time. He has not. He gave many excuses like the cold weather in the winter and lack of time and labor, but never provided a complete by date - its been over a year. He has been poor about returning communications and now has stopped returning them altogether. We need the issues fixed, and fixed properly so they won't reoccur, before our busy summer season. I'm only attaching a couple of photos due to file size.

  In response to this complaint, I received the complaint letter (5/26/2023) on 5/30/2023. 
  
  Also, I have been dealing with a septic knee for the past 8 weeks, I have missed work time.
  
   
  
  We have done work for Sam, starting in 2016 at his Murrysville location and recently at his
  
  N. Versailles location in 2020.  We provided a one year warranty for all of our work. 
  
  The issue with concrete floors, are that they move and when they do the epoxy coating will crack.
  
  I never assured him or any client that this issue won’t occur.  I have done two repairs at his newer
  
  Location, due to damage that wasn’t covered by warranty and have never billed him for these repairs.
  
  Unfortunately, we have been very busy and short staffed to give him a date to address his issues.
  
   
  
  I admit sometimes I can be a poor communicator at times, when dealing with certain clients.  I have
  
  Been in business for 38+ years and try to do my best in communication with my clients.
