  We noticed a vertical split in our basement where we have an addition, and had a few companies come to give us quotes. We included AquaGuard in our estimates/recommendations since they had waterproofed our basement about 4 years ago and we were so happy with their work since then. Imagine my surprise when the owner himself showed up to check it out, and told me that the ******* system that the other companies had recommended is absolutely not necessary, and gave a thorough explanation of why.Aquaguard doesn't do ******* anymore, he told me (they're amazing for waterproofing, just FYI!), so he had no stake in the game - but he did urge me to check out the complaints on the BBB about the others, which was indeed very telling. I appreciate AquaGuard and *** *. so much for their consistency and honesty. I'll call them back anytime, I think this company is great. Our basement and backyard have been free of water or dampness even during the heaviest rains since they finished their work. I'd just like to add that I have no connection to them besides hiring them - this is an honest review from a regular customer in the ********** area. I think that's important to know these days :-)

  Absolutely, positively, phenomenal! Completely painless experience. My garage was a mess and now it looks so great. ***, *****, *****, ***** and ***** were the best. Totally professional. They really know their stuff. I would recommend Aqaguard in a heartbeat. 109% Accredited. Kudos! Thanks Aquaguard!

  I had a severe water leak in my finished basement. Aqua Guard representative ******************************* came straight over exactly at the time he said. ***** was very patient and understanding about my dilemma. He spent quite a bit of time explaining options how they would work and the time involved with each. No ******* No pressure only concern for my situation. Once I decided on the repair to take place (with ****** help of course). He got right back to me with pricing for the entire job that never changed ********* that was sent out to perform the work, which was quite extensive was incredible. The *******, ***************************** was polite, diligent, and incredibly hard-working. Yet would always take the time to answer my questions. I have never seen a crew work as hard as this team ! No short cuts No excuses just excellent work. Bottom Line AguaGuard is AWESOME ! and a joy to work with when you need help the most !They made a horrible situation bearable ! *****,

  After many years of dealing with a damp, leaky basement and all of the headaches that come from it, I finally had enough and called AquaGuard. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call into the office, to the owner *** and crew were great! The install crew of *****, ***** and ***** are quite a team! They took care of my home like it was their own. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about what a great group of people they are. My basement has never looked or smelled this good! I was embarrassed to have people see it before. Now, it is beautiful! The system has performed like a champ during the last several heavy rains and if you looked at my basement now, you would never know what a mess it was. Before, I was sopping up water, embarrassed by ugly stained walls and dealing with musty awful smells. Now, I enjoy going into my basement. I have peace of mind that my basement and home are protected. The price I paid for the service was very reasonable and well worth every penny. AquaGuard's reputation proceeds them. I read all of the wonderful reviews and can now add my own glowing review! Give AquaGuard a call! You will not be disappointed!
