    On November 16, 2024, I dropped off my car with D&P Valet Services for an overnight stay at ************ in ************, **. The following day, when the valet returned my car, I discovered damage to the rear of the vehicle.There was no prior damage, as confirmed by the same valet driver, ***** ******, who had initially taken the car. ***** assured me that the valet company would take responsibility and have the damage repaired.After speaking with the owner, **** *******, he also confirmed that the company would cover the cost of repairs and submitted a claim to their insurance provider. However, the insurance company later denied the claim. **** then informed me that they would not be covering the damages, stating that I cannot prove one of their drivers was responsible.Given the limited street parking options, I had little choice but to use the valet service. I entrusted my vehicle to D&P Valet Services with the expectation that it would be handled securely and with care. The proper care was not taken resulting in damage to my vehicle. I should not be held responsible for filing a claim through my own insurance and facing potential premium increases for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in the care of D&P Valet Services. I provided D&P Valet Services with four separate repair estimates ranging from $3,800 to $4,300. I believe they should be held responsible for the damages and cover the cost of the repairs.
