    I had closing with this title company last week and to say I am frustrated and upset is an understatement. I will never recommend them to anyone! I am an investor who works with various title companies and I have never had such an awful experience. My property file was transferred between so many different people in their office and each time I had to explain the situation again. I am pretty sure the fact that it was passed around so much is where their error came in them not collecting the correct amount from the buyer that was agreed upon and even sent via e-mail the day before closing. They collected the wrong amount from the buyer, therefore, they sent me the incorrect amount for my fee. I called them and had to speak to several people once again. I also had to call over 20 times throughout a ********************************************************************************** to a voicemail, ONLY to be told that they made an ERROR and cannot send me the funds unless they can get it from the buyer. Which they can't because the buyer says they will not be paying more when they already signed everything and own the house.To top things off, today I talked to another title company, Community Title Network, in regards to another home I am purchasing and let them know about the situation I just went through. Guess what their response was? "Wow! If that happened here and it was our error, we would have immediately sent you a check with what you were owed!"In conclusion, I DO NOT recommend this title company. Their communication is horrible and they will not have your back. The whole point of using a ************* is so this does not happen! I know a lot of people in the real estate industry and will making sure anyone I know does not work with them because this has been a NIGHTMARE.
