    I bought a brand new pool pump last year and it quit working less than a year they offered to give me another pump since the one I had was under a year old they had me bring in my broken pump and gave me another one for $26 dollars but the pump they replaced it with was only 1 hp and the one I need for my size pool is 1.5hp which is what I should've gotten. They said it will work on my pool, well it doesn't after spending hundreds on chemicals my pool keeps getting greener they will not return my call. I should get what I paid for not a smaller less powerful version. They are shady crooks.

The pump you were given was a brand-new 1 HP pump as a direct warranty replacement. While we do believe this model can be effective on many pools, we hear your concern that it is not meeting the needs of your specific pool. We want to work with you to find a solution that gets you the performance you need.Regarding the issue with your water turning green, a pump's horsepower is only one part of the equation. To properly diagnose the issue and get your pool sparkling again, we did ask you to bring in a water sample for a complete, in-store test. This test would have allowed us to determine the exact chemical imbalances and provide a targeted solution, saving you from spending money on unnecessary chemicals. This offer still stands.Please contact us directly at your earliest convenience so we can discuss the pump replacement options and perform a complimentary water test.     STAY AWAY!! They lure you in with their prices and they forget about you when it comes to a warranty claim. The owner is the biggest crook, liar and thief I’ve ever delt with. If you want to deal with a used car salesman who knows nothing about the products he sells, Be My Guest, but, be forewarned.
