    Trek development has avoided direct communication about repairs, as well as avoided doing the repairs themselves. In July 2024, we moved into the ****************, and our bathroom lacked ventilation. There was yellow/brown liquid dripping from the ceiling. Its been nearly eight months and this issue has not been resolved. We have called and emailed plenty of times with no clear resolution. The liquid is still there.We went over a month with no laundry, a couple weeks without a dishwasher, and a week without a microwave simply because they wouldnt send someone to fix the issues.Currently, our heating and cooling system is not working. The heat has been running for the last month and the ac doesnt turn on. No matter what we do, hot air just blows all day and night. We emailed property management and called them. They neglected to tell us a part was back ordered and, I stead, informed us that someone would come to our apartment to fix the issue on Monday. Nobody came and nobody reached out to let us know. The apartment is consistently about 80 degrees and will get worse as the temperature rises outside. I have heat rashes all over my body and our electric bill keeps rising with the heat constantly on and the fans blowing. Trek has ignored us and lied to us about fixing the issue. Tonight, after the temperature got dangerously high and I called emergency services, they gave us a very loud portable AC unit, but still didnt fix the actual issue. I would like for these repairs to be completed once and for all and to be reimbursed for the electric expenses weve encountered. I would also like an apology from the company.
