This company has a management team that allows its employees to operate under slum lord practices and unlawful abuse of power and retaliation practices on its Tennants. Either they don't know or don't care but the Management company in ******** ** that manages ************** are being discriminatory, harassing and Demining towards thier residents and need to be stopped. Please if you are reading this get it to the right person to launch an investigation. Daily by using unlawful collection tactics, and discrimination against people who are in the income based units. we are being denied the right to the party room, the call box, having food delivered and assistance when needing help with government agencies. This company took government funds to start the housing project and now they are not renewing anyone who receives government assistance leases and forcing them out to the street. Anyone who stands up for them selves or helps anyone the landlord doesn't like it and they will not renew thier lease and this is illegal because this project was designed for everyone and to help people not to be denied if the recieved govt funds. They will end thier lease as well by not renewing the lease and trying to make up bogus reasons. The rent amount was wrong and the landlord knowingly inforced it and charged people the wrong rates and asked for late fees. When residents call the office they will send them to voicemail and not treat them fairly. This company is allowing them to constantly threatened residents daily with notes constantly putting 3 day notices up and 7 day notices up and lease terminations up This is harassment and illegal eviction tactics. No privacy or respect for tenants. Please investigate or look into the company that manages the ************** ******** *******. This is not what the owners would have wanted or used this land and property for...The employees/landlords are abusing the tenants and its not right please if you can help please do...#help
