    I ordered a ********** for my partner from this vendor. It arrived but it had awkward dimensions and did not fit. I requested to return and receive a refund for the product from the company. They gave push back and encouraged me to donate the product or give it to a family member since returns are expensive. I said I am not interested and wanted to return the item for a full refund, which I should have been eligible for based on the return policy on their website. I had to go back and forth with them and HAGGLE for my return. I finally agreed to receive 70% of what I paid to be refunded. They said it would be ***** days but it has been over a month and I have received no refund. Would like my money returned ****.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against ZACHBRYANMERCH regarding an order I placed on October 7, 2024. The details of my order are as follows:

    Order Number: ********************** Tracking Number: ************* Carrier: ****** Total Amount Paid: $70.99 (including shipping costs)

    Despite the payment being processed, I have not received the two Zach Bryan t-shirts I ordered. The tracking number provided does not work, and my numerous follow-up emails to the seller have not resulted in any resolution and instead, have resulted in a runaround. The seller’s responses have consistently stated that they are working with the carrier to resolve the issue, but no real steps have been taken.

    I requested that the shirts be resent, but this has not been done. The last communication I received from the seller was on November 7, 2024, in which they stated, “Hi, we’re already pushing for you on our end.” However, there has been no further action or update since then.

    I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I would like the immediate delivery of the t-shirts.
