    While I LOVE the Lexus brand, Rohrich is the ONLY local option that I feel "stuck" with. IMO, it's a toxic male environment. As a single, female professional, the men at ************ Rohrich from salesman, to finance manager to used car manager all made sexist, tasteless jokes that were unwarranted and unpleasant. It made the experience awkward and left me with an ick factor. Perhaps this is an acceptable practice at a car dealership but its 2025. They need sensitivity and respect training and I hope the "system" changes when they upgrade their location to **********. I own a business, I cannot imagine talking to men the way these men talked to me. The extra star is because I love the vehicle, nothing else.
