Poor service. I live in a large townhome community and our board picked this company. And *********************** approved them. They cut grass very fast and irregularly. It's almost July and they haven't mulched yet this year. They claim to not have enough manpower. Yet they would rather use their resources to mow grass that is burned out rather than spending the day mulching. Mulching would help save the landscaping done here. I've done my own but at 62 there are jobs that I can no longer do like that. I'm upset that our board in ************* don't seem to stand up to them or **** Realty. We had far better service with ***************** but for some reason we hired an inadequate and incompetent company. This is of no fault of their workers as they are diligent when here. They just need a little guidance.

Deceptive! We were having excavation work done and being a stones throw from A&N, we called to see if they accepted fill. Yes, they do. The cost would be $30/ load. However, when our contractor arrived a few minute later, he was told the cost was $50 and if he didnt like it, he could go elsewhere. They agreed to accept $40/ load. Not good!

**********************, Good afternoon! I am sorry to hear that your sand is coming out of your pavers again. We applied the sand as per the instructions. We do not guarantee polymeric sand install. There are a number of factors that come into play. The product itself which we have no control over the material. The other factor is water.. It can be from hosing off the driveway , or powerwashing and or the heavy rains.. that we have had lately. That is what it sounds like to me. It can wash out the sand. Especially, since it is washing out at the bottom. While it is unfortunate this is happening again, We can not issue a refund for work that is not guaranteed and work that was done last spring.Thank you! Sincerely,***************************** President ******** Service Inc.My response:That's not what happened. I had done the bottom myself and it held up great. I let your company redo the whole driveway and this is the second time since you did it that the sand is coming out. Wrong again. It started coming out before the heavy rain and I never power wash my driveway for the very reason. There is no significance to the bottom of the driveway--it's pretty level. What do you mean you have no control over the material? You provided it, not me and I spent a lot of money to have a poor job done. You're only giving me excuses for a substandard work.
