      One and a half months ago, I went to this store to repair my laptop it had an issue with the sound.They told me they fixed it and had replaced one of the parts with a new one. They charged me $300 for the repair.However, after just two days, the same problem came back. I returned to the store and this happened five times in total.On my fourth visit, they told me: If it breaks again, well give you your money back.During the fifth visit, they couldnt fix the laptop at all, but they still refused to refund me, saying a month had passed.I reminded them that I came back five times and that they kept making promises but never followed through.They said: Youre right. The manager is not here at the moment, but dont worry well take care of it tomorrow.Four days have passed no response. I messaged them again, and they replied: The owner is not on-site right now. Once he returns, well take care of ***** this point, I feel like theyre mocking me. I have ****************** and cannot be exposed to stress or frustration.I am asking you to help restore justice. Please return my money and stop treating customers this way.

      I went to ninja to trade my iPhone 14 plus for a 13 pro max they took my 14 plus and made me pay 250 for the 13 pro max meanwhile the 14 plus just recently came out.. I knew the back was cracked they put a privacy screen on the phone which I did not like then I went to my friend to get a regular screen protector and there was tons of deep scratches in the screen so they put the privacy screen protector to hide all the scratches i called them and they were willing to downgrade me to a 11 pro max which is totally wrong mind you this company is up for charges with money laundering selling stolen phones which I thought because they got busted they would do better nope they didn’t I want the money for the 14 plus the true value

      On 3/15/23 I contacted Ninja Electronics to have my screen repaired and my battery replaced. They fixed both screen and battery but the next day 3/16/23 the screen stopped working again, they agreed to fix it. Later that day the same issue where the screen stopped working occurred again. I’ve been trying to contact them by text and phone and they send me to voice mail. I paid $100 for the repair. I told them the seriousness of the situation because my son is in the NICU and I have to have a working phone. Any help would be appreciated thank you!
