      In October of 2022 we ordered wire from a Division of this company (Wesco/Anixter in Delray Beach, FL). They required a $ 9,575 prepayment (plus shipping) for this wire, and said it would be delivered by Feb, 2023. In Feb, 2023 we followed up, and were told that they "forgot" to order the wire, and it was no longer available. We asked for a refund, and since then with multiple calls and emails, they will not reply or respond in any way.
