    Hill District ******************** incorrectly reported to my credit report that Im 30 days late on my car loan and I owe an outstanding balance of $1340.Hill District ******************** withdrawals $267.97 from my personal bank account every two weeks. Yes automatic payments. So please tell me how this is true. Never missed a payment or never had a late payment. So then I called Hill District ******************** June 10th and told them about this issue. They told me someone will call me back. Called again, I was put on hold then hung up on. I Did the same thing two more times the same week and still no response. Fast forward I go to the credit union on June 20 2025. I tell the bank tellers my discrepancy and let them know this is an error and I have proof. She then says can you wait ***** minutes for someone in a higher position to come back. I said no, I dont really have time and I came up here because I kept getting the run around on the phone about this issue. I ask if I can make an appointment since I dont have time to wait. She then says I dont know their availability. She then takes my info for whenever they come back in so they can give me a call. Also, she is looking up my account and sees that my car loan is paid through automatic payments. She notices I never missed or was late on any payments. Today is June 27 2025 and Im still yet to receive any correspondence from this institution while they are reporting false information to the credit bureau and my credit loses 30 points and I am taking a financial hit for something I did not do. Something that I thought should be a simple fix has become much more than that due to this credit unions lack of due diligence. I appreciate your time in this matter and look forward to hearing from you.
