    I rented CPR equipment on July 8th and didn't received it until July 14th. Took my class on July 16th and returned it to the post office on July 16th at 11:45am. Confirmation stated that they received the package on July 19th. They charged me an extra $16 for it not being back the 10 days even though it was their fault for not sending it out in time. ONE MONTH LATER, I find a $175 charge on my credit card stating that they never received the package.

    In March 2022 I signed up for an online cpr recertification for $135. I received the rental mannequins in the mail. The adult one was defective but the instructor told me to just throw it over a pillow and use it. I finished the class. It was very poorly done. I returned the equipment in the box provided. Three months later I was charged $345 additional for not returning the equipment. I called them and they asked me if my name was on it. I couldn’t remember. I have to show proof I returned it. I have the credit card slip from the post office but not the tracking number. I stopped at the post office but she’s not sure she can help me. Why would I keep the tracking number for 3 months? The lady from fragile heart said that they receive lots of equptment back without names and she charges everyone of them. They are intentionally scamming people and should be shut down.

    this company is claiming they never received the package i returned to them over THREE months later and are charging me a fraudulent $345.00 late fee. i want my money refunded in full.
