    I had a hair with Maureen on 3/07/24. She was suppose to reglue and dye my human hair (replacement-wig). I didn't have my glasses on when she reapplied it, I am nearsighted AND TRUSTED her!!! I noticed on my way home in my rearview mirror that she had cut it without my permission!!! $6,989 hair!!!! I pulled over and sent her a text about it that I was turning around and coming back and that this totally needed fixed. When I got there her and Roberta, the owner? came back into the room I had been in and BOTH proceeded to tell me she did NOT cut it while she had it in a different room to dye it. Roberta also lied saying she was there in the other room the whole and that Maureen had not cut it!!!????? I told them that was ******** and I guess a good fairy must have done it then!!! my bill from that day was $217 to ruin/butcher my hair .. it was supposed to last at least 1 year!!!! NO INTEGRETY WHATS SO EVER!!!!!! I did have a passport photo done on Feb 28 so you can see what it looked like before my appointment when my hair was hacked! I want the price of the hair she ruined and cut without my permission and also the money for my last appointment when this was done. I do have supporting docs and pics but would need to send from my phone. Don't know how to send from computer

    This is the documentation of charges for my first charge(s) for the human hair and my last amount that I was charged for the glue down and dye. It was cut when in another room that it was taken to be dyed and new glue applied to it.

    Good morning,

    After speaking with my staff to understand the entire situation, this is my response.

    ****** came in on 3-7-24 with the stylist Maureen we send out email reminders as well as a text 1 week prior and two days prior to a clients appointment. ****** came in over 2 hours early for her appointment and Maureen was able to accommodate her, as she was confused about what time it was and what time her appointment was. Maureen cleaned the wig styled the wig and semi permanently re attached the wig with medical grade adhesive. I was scheduled off that day but came in to prep some hair replacements for the following week so i was in the service room the entire time while Maureen cleaned and styled  and prepped it to re-bond it to ******'s head. AT NO TIME WAS THE WIG CUT!  we don't have any shears in the service room nor do we cut any wig or hairpiece off the clients head EVER for any reason. Maureen said  she went into her private room ****** specifically asked to place the sides of the wig above her glasses , and that she didn't want the wig edge to touch. in doing what she requested if the wig sits higher the hair and base wont sit as low as it was when she came in hence making it look shorter because it was positioned higher on the sides of her head. I believe that is her issue. not we cut the wig. So if the wig was placed lower on the sides the hair would then look longer. She checked out , paid her bill and my receptionist said she seemed very confused fumbling at the front desk and then couldn't find the front door. she did come in that same door when she came in for her appointment. after she finally left at some point she sent Maureen a text and accused her of cutting , witch Maureen politely said she did not cut anything. a short time later not sure exactly how long  she came barreling thru out front door like a bat out of hell yelling to see Maureen. Maureen escorted her back to the private room were she had her service done and told ****** nothing was cut... unfortunately ****** didn't want to listen to anything Maureen had to say and was screaming the entire time, so Maureen came and got me I tried to explain i was right next to Maureen working on my hair and no scissors ever came close to her wig and she was screaming at me that i was a lair ,we were liars and stormed back out screaming refused to sit refused to calmly listen or even calmly speak to either of us.

    a few hours later she called wanting to speak to the owner when i answered the phone a said i was as well as Maureen were both owners she started scream again saying the hair fairies cut her wig and we were both lying to cover up then hung up on me in mid sentence ....

    Maureen and I have been in this business for over 35 years and have owned our own salon for 16 we have never, and i repeat NEVER been accused of cutting something outside of the styling room that wasn't on the clients head while doing so. 

     ****** also went to google and put a horrible review which im asking thru you for it to be removed.

    in conclusion i believe if her wig would have been placed lower on the sides instead of where she asked for it to be put this issue would be a non issue. 

    she received the service and paid for that exact service and no wig was cut , so no wig needs replaced. nor should she recieve a refund of any kind on services rendered. we did nothing wrong other than follow exactly what she asked for. 

    we do have a signed contract stating NO REFUNDS. that ****** did sign upon ordering the wig on 9-12-2023.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     You know you cut it Maureen, and you Roberta also know. 
    I am totally not confused about what happened?! I always get “turned around” trying to find the exit door every time I go for my appointment. And I was not confused at the front desk??!? You both are lying about what and how it happened. No integrity!!!

    The hair WAS cut you can even see places it was chopped.
     I dont know if something happened in the dying process that messed up the hair and thats why some was chopped off. None of this has anything to do with the placement of the ear tabs!??! It actually is in the exact some place it always was when she glued it on.. the one side is right on my glasses. So nothing changed. 
    And when I went back to the business to have her fix it, both Maureen and Roberta lead me to Maureens room and they both said it wasn't cut?! 
    I only said 5 words there: (screamimg the entire time??!! YEA RIGHT!!!?!!! They said I screamed the whole time.. nothing could be farther from the truth!!!)
    asking for Maureen, and NO not yelling!!?? then once we reached her room, they both said it wasnt cut. I said bull shit twice. I did not disrupt the business what so ever. 
    When I returned to the business about the cuts on it, was right away NOT HOURS away!!???!!!
    Unbelievable!!!!’?!?!!!!
