    February 5th sent check, cashed on February 8th, paid so far to date *******. They were to remove 2 maple trees, 1 oak tree grind the 3 stumps. Removal of ****/ ****** around property and treat stumps for no regrowth. Trim Japanese maple tree. Clean up and removal of leaf and trees and seed where ground got ruined from equipment and at ***** removal ares. We were told the job would be 3 to 4 days time, then was told he would be done and out by February 23rd. *** still has never been completed he kept threatening us to pull out every time he wanted more money, and I had tried to reason with him with remainder of job that we would be willing to pay ******* for him to remove the trees and his junk he left on our property. He did damage to a border that separated our yard from a area of yard that had rocks in it. We had also got rid of a good bit of wood when we were not sure what was going on because we hadn't heard from him in weeks so we thought he pulled out like he said previously. Plus he kept having people come to and on our property taking wood that he was charging us for removal of. We do have photos if needed and all messages sent. We couldn't even have Easter for our grandchildren this year due to the way he left it.
