    From August 2022 to August 2023 my daughter and 5 other students (herein referred to as the tenants) that attend ******** University, rented housing from Maze Group, specifically dealing with *************************** as the main point of contact. The rental required a security deposit that was to be returned at the end of the lease, after providing proof of settlement of the final utilities bill. The total deposit for all 6 roommates was $3,000. At the end of the lease, the tenants provided the required final utility documentation to Maze Group. Per the lease, within 30 days of receiving the information, the tenants were to receive their security deposit. The tentants were not in violation of anything else and it was acknowledged that they would get the deposit returned. Several months have gone by with repeated attempts to contact *********************, and anyone else at Maze Group for a resolution. They no longer take our calls, we have even gone by personally and inquired and *****, the person who works there said she didn't answer the phone because she didn't have an answer for us. In addition they have been feeding us a story all along that the checks are processed by a third party and they are waiting on them. However, it is now January 2024 and the tenants moved out in August 2023. This is unacceptable, Maze Group and *************************** have preyed on young students, who have enough trouble just paying their tuition. They need this money and they have been taken advantage of. This is a shady business and something needs to be done. The tenants want their security deposit returned.

    Maze group has failed to return my security deposit on a rental for my daughter while she was attending ******* university. My daughter moved out at the end of July 2023. The Maze group office does NOT return my phone calls and the mailbox is often full

    I am trying to recover my daughters security Deposit . The address is ********************** There were 5 girls that lived in the house non have received any money back . The money was supposed to be refunded in September the apartment was checked for damages and cleared .This company operates for ***************** housing She lived on first floor .
