    July 3, 2024 at 3:59PM I had a package that needed to be delivered with label, I was outside and my family member went inside to give them the package that was return package and needed to be shipped back in timeframe for the refund to be ************ family member told me - the lady ( black hair ) told him her scanning system is down and she wont be able to scan it at the moment so she said please leave it here and I will scan it later, immediately I have told my family member to take couple pictures him leaving the package to them. In couple days I left to ****** and I came back month later, I received an email saying ; sorry you wont be refunded because you have never shipped the item back. I went to the place there were 2 womens and I asked, they did not even take the time to check out their system. They directed me to call the manager - M. I. I called him and finally got hold of him and he said you need to call me next day and that he wont be able to help me so much because he cant track the package, I mentioned to him the reason he cant track it is same as I cant track it because it was never shipped back. He was supposed to call me next day or try to help me. He never did, he sounded very careless and Im now in middle of all this.

    The company hasnt responded to me or bbb and its so stressful to deal with this or to have to pay attorney for a company that is stealing. I wonder what others steps I could take without having to spend money
