    On Aug 19th 2023, I visited the establishment for rushed alterations. I was able to be sized and charged for possible services. Since i needed the suit urgently I agreed to paying for the full price of the service in addition to the no cash fee that I was not told upfront about. Agreeing to the service. I returned to the dry cleaning service same day, within 20 minutes of my purchase due to a change of heart and requested a refund before the alterations took place. The cashier equipment present at the establishment was dated so the owner was unaware and unable to issue the refund in store. I informed the owner that if they were able to contact the card machine company for instructions on issuing a refund, follow up with me so we could handle the refund. I also stated that I would contact my credit card company, *********** to begin a dispute in order help the process. I left with my unaltered suit that was just dropped off and returned home. As of Sept 22, 2023 the charge is now applied to my credit card, with a dispute letter claiming that the alterations for my suit were completed and I picked up an altered suit. So not only did they charge me for alterations thats never happened, additional fees, they did not follow up with me confirming the refund could be issued after contacting the credit card company
