    I purchased a Rhino rule after reading an article in ************************** back in October. I just got around to using it. The ruler has slide that comes out for precise measurements. This ruler the first 1" of the slide is loose and does not hold position, this defeats the purpose of the ruler. I contacted the business at there customer care web site and never got a response. I called customer service and was told there was an issue receiving emails from the drop down menu on their web site. The person I talked gave me her email and said she would forward my question to the correct person. I still have not heard back. I don't know if I have a defective ruler or if it was designed that way. Either way it is useless if you cannot make measurements involving less than 1" measurements.

    Hello,

    Attached is a letter that summarizes the situation. The customer had contacted US Tape regarding the Rhino Ruler purchased and there were a few emails back and forth over a few days discussing the Rhino Ruler and ended up that it would be easier to discuss further over on the phone. A call was scheduled and our operations manager reviewed the Rhino Ruler with the customer. Both were satisfied with the end result of the discussion then the customer graciously mentioned that he had already put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before the phone call ended. 

    We believe that this complaint should be removed due to the customer being satisfied with the outcome and that there was consistent communication regarding this issue. If there is any further support needed such as email threads please let us know.
