    Our contractor recommended Light-Heigel to do the engineering part of our new house project. At first they seemed ok, but then things started to slip. A zoom meeting was scheduled for which I did not get a link due to the ** *** spelling my email incorrectly and I had to scramble around to get someone to send it at the last minute. Then she forwarded an invoice from the county for a research fee, on which an error code came up denying access using the link she provided. I was then GHOSTED by her for over a MONTH. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. I sent an email on June 19 terminating my contract with ** and requested they send any work done up to that date to myself and the contractor. With that, she suddenly got back on it and sent information and survey estimates to the contractor on June 23. I didn't hear from her regarding this til July 7th. At that point, the contractor had already found us a new engineer. Now I've received an invoice from ** for $2000 as though nothing ever happened, with one of the invoice items listed as "communications!" How about LACK of COMMUNICATIONS?? The contractor apologized for recommending ** in the first place, said we're not the only ones having problems with them, and say they will not be recommending Light-Heigel in the future. I am completely disgusted with this company.
