What an unethical sales team. They said they had the Bronco in my color and just my options wanted. I told them I wanted 26K for my pristine Titanium AWD Edge, Garage kept with only 29K miles on it (that is the lowest price this trim level, miles under 40K is selling for now on autotrader (59 found in 200 miles). I drove 2 hours in a bad snowstorm to find that she made a mistake and it had a 1K sunroof I didn't want, etc.. And then I was handed off to a trade in appraisal guy, who couldn't find anything wrong with it or mis quoted, but said we wont take it for more then 20K, I was so beaten up by "Sales techniques". But hey, they got me there. I just didn't stay long. I left fuming. These are "Professional" hard salespeople. Very unethical and wasteful of my time. They use the typical sales gimmicks and dirty tricks. The only good thing that came out of this is that surprised by a bad snow storm at night for our 2-hour drive home, the AWD Edge drove great (with only highway/ summer performance tires!) when other cars and 18 wheelers were getting stuck on very shallow upgrades. It was VERY slippery/ Ice. Even the best 4WD do poorly on ice.

Took car in 3 times while under warranty for high pitched whistle coming from bottom of engine. First time they claimed they could not replicate it. Second time claimed it was from loose air filter. Third time said it was normal. Two days after warranty expires transmission goes out in Virginia! Virginia Ford dealer can't understand why trans shifter motor was never diagnosed and repaired. NOW IT WILL COSY $6000 FOR REBUILT TRANSMISSION! They refuse to do anything, claiming they are "only a dealership" and we need to contact Ford, who tells us to go back to dealer since warranty expired. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN MECHANICS. LOUSY SERVICE DEPT AND MANAGER. STAY AWAY SINCE THEY ARE ONLY A DEALERSHIP NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR SERVICE. GO TO KELLER BROS FORD.
