    I canceled my policy with All State after calling on multiple occasions to switch to automatic payments and sign forms. Each time I called, I gave my banking information and was told I was good to go, only to later be charged late fees or not having my automatic payments set up. They admitted their mistake, but still charged me an extra fee with an additional form that I signed. When I attempted to fix it, I was met with aggression saying that it was my fault. I canceled my policy and was still charged for a full month of insurance coverage. When I called to ask if I was going to be reimbursed, they hung up on me. One employee, Judy, accidently answered the phone and was stated, "I'm f**king done with her. I'm not putting up with her s**t." After telling her that I could hear her she said, "We're done talking to you. Do not call us back. Call the 800 number." The number only led me back to her. I also have an email of an employee calling me a disgraceful nickname before once again ignoring my pleas for help. I feel entirely disrespected and cheated out of money that they admitted being their fault. Please do not go here.
