10/17/2024 - *** ******* provided an estimate for a bay window replacement and a replacement window in the kitchen and stated that the windows would be in within 30 days. 10/22/2024 - The estimate was signed. 10/23/2024 - The installer came out to measure the two windows with inconsistent order expectations for the kitchen window. 10/24/2024 - *** ******* stated that she would come by the house to pick up the 30% deposit ($1800). I told her I had questions about the window order and we spoke on the phone. She clarified that it would be a slider and shes not sure why the installer said a double hung. I also asked about how the bay window would be installed, she stated it was a frame out and then the windows were added to the frame. I said the other window companies informed me it would be one solid unit. She told me no that's not how they do it and proceeded to sent me pictures. 10/31/2024 - I texted *** for a status update and asked if the windows would be installed w/i the next 4 weeks.11/1/2024 - *** responded and said she called the factory and they are due to be delivered on Nov. 18 and wanted to set up a date for install. I scheduled it for Nov. 22nd.11/15/2024 - I texted *** to make sure we were on schedule for install on 11/22. *** responded and said that ****** was hacked and all are being delayed. 11/18/2024 - I called ProVia in the AM and they confirmed that they were hacked but that was in June 2024 and all production was up and running. *** texted in the ** and said windows are in production and wanted to know which way the casement windows for the bay window were to open. Most of the series of events from this moment forward was documented via email and text, those have been attached. In the document labeled Bucks County Windows Email Communication there is a date error on the email dated and timestamped 12/9/2024 1:06 ** "To recap our conversations on 11/4/2024" should be 12/4/2024. I have texts to confirm this date.

*** ******* of Bucks County Windows did send a refund check, however, the check is not for the full refund amount nor was it sent via cashiers check or certified check. Given the persistent issues with Bucks County Windows I have zero confidence that the check provided will even clear and the check is not for the full deposit amount therefore I am not cashing the check.
