Reed oil has some of the absolute worst customer service that i have ever experienced. They rarely call you back even after leaving several voice mails because they hardly ever answer the phone even durring regular business hours. We have been customers with them for over 6 years at this point and have run out of oil more times than I can remember. The our most recent incident happened today. They came on 3/3/23 and supposedly delivered 226.9 gallons but we are ran out on 3/23. How do they expect me to believe that we went through 200+ gallons of oil in 20 days. When my husband was going and getting it himself, 20 gallons was lasting over 2 and a half weeks and thats when it was cold. With the weather being in the 50s i find this situation impossible.

6-18-20 Purchased (2) 120 gallon propane tanks from Reed Oil 8-7-20 Reed Oil installed (2) tanks and (2) propane tank regulators and added 20 gallons of propane to tanks 8-11-20 Purchsed 178.5 gallons of propane to fill tanks 12-27-22 Purchased 48.5 gallons of propane to fill tanks for winter but noticed that the propane regulator on the left tank was not registering. We were told when we purchased them that the two tanks would empty equally but noticed at this time that only the right propane gauge was registering the amount of propane in the two tanks. The left one was not working. The delivery driver said he didnt know why this was happening but would report this to Reed Oil. My husband ** then spoke to Ray in propane and they told him that they will call and come in the spring to fix. 1-27-23 ** received a call from Reed Oil saying that they were going to come to our house to take a look at the gauges. They did not understand why the left gauge was not working but said that it was OK! After the gentleman left I called Reed Oil and said that I wanted them to either fix or replace it. I was tol that Mike from Reed Oil would call me back. 1-31-23 Called Reed Oil since I still have not heard from Mike and left a message to call me back 2-8-23 Called Reed Oil . Still not received a call back. Spoke to Christina and she told me that whe would give him the message and also transferred me to his voice mail at Ext. *** 2-15-23 Called Mike again. Still have not rceived a call back I was told that in order to replace the gauges they would need to empty both tanks but if that is what needs to be done then they should have to do this
