    **** and his team replaced my hot water tank. He squeezed me into his schedule as soon as he heard I needed help. He kept me very informed about pricing and what I needed. He even followed up for a few days to make sure everything was perfect!!! They cleaned up every bit if mess they made, even mopping the floor. They even got rid of a snake they found in my basement!! I recommend these guys 100% to anyone who needs anything done to their house. They are good people who will do their best with fair pricing.

    **** came over and installed a light fixture for me in a very timely manner. Him and his worker **** were very professional and courteous and I would hire **** again and recommend MH Residential services to anyone that needs any type of home repair.

    I had **** do replacement floors in my kitchen and let me tell you, his attention to detail and his passion for what he does really shows in the end result. I had him do it when my wife was out of town and he got it done extremely quick and my wife was so surprised when she returned home! Thank you MH Residential and Commercial Services for a beautiful job well done. From that day forward I will only make one call for any home project and that's to **** at MH Residential and Commercial Services and I recommend that you do the same.

    I had a pipe leaking water in our basement and called MH Residential and Commercial Services. **** responded quickly and was able to fix the pipe. He was professional and helped clean up the mess from the leak. I definitely recommend him!

    We had water in our basement, mold, and generally shoddy work from a previous contractor. After getting an interior French Drain put in, **** and **** (MH Residential and Commercial Services LLC) redid our basement the right way. We have white walls and black trim, a functional bathroom, and floors without cracks and holes. **** and **** have a great attention to artistry and detail in their work. They were always straight with us about what they were doing and why. Now we enjoy our basement. You cant go wrong hiring this company.

    I am selling my dads house after his passing and it desperately need a good power washing to help with its curb appeal. MH takes pride in his work and that shows in the quality job that he did. Even the neighbors were contacting me about how thorough he was and just an all around nice guy. I plan on contacting him with some other things that need attended to on the the house.

    I am extremely pleased with the quality of work MH did for our project. We needed some very old carpet removed from three rooms and hallway along with old kitchen linoleum replaced with vinyl plank flooring and , added a fresh coat of paint, and new baseboards. He also replaced all the receptacle outlets in these rooms and installed a new exhaust fan in the Master bathroom. The house looks so fresh and new. Weve contracted him to install a new entry and storm door too. Dont waste your time on anyone else. MH is the best in *************. They do it all.

    My bathroom was outdated and **** and **** had to gut the whole room. The finished product is beautiful. They did an awesome job! I already have him in mind for my next project.******************
