    Absolutely the worst pool company in the area. 16 months of issues after they installed a new sand filter that broke after less than a week and all sand went into pool. Said they fixed but has happened 5 times since. Now saying past warranty and on my own. $1000s on chemicals and water trying to get pool clean. I finally went to their competitor and they resolved the issue with a new filter within 48 hrs. Stay away from these guys. Zero accountability. Any issues and they immediately blame the manufacturer as their stunt to delay

    On May 6, 2024, this unit was ordered/installed for Mr. ********* After installation, sand did, unfortunately, escape into their pool. When the filter unit was disassembled, we identified a broken lateral as the cause. We replaced the lateral (a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue) and vacuumed the pool multiple times to remove the sand that had entered. This summer, on July 8th 2025, I was called to look at the pool and went over to look. On the phone he said there was sand in the pool. Per his wife, the water was clear until they got back from vacation. The pool was visibly cloudy, but it did not have sand in it (sand settles), so the filter was not the issue. I relayed this information to his wife with some suggestions to fight the cloudiness. I did not hear any response. Three weeks ago, on August 23rd, Mr. ******** came in and asked to return the unit and get a cartridge filter instead. He told my staff that he had other companies work on it, but it was still putting sand in the pool. Our return policy is 30 days, and ********* warranty is 1 year. As I was out of state, I called and left him a voicemail message later that week that said I could get another unit but would not accept a return outside the return policy as well as outside the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, if other companies have worked on the unit, we could not warranty their work. He returned my call this past weekend (9/6/25), and I reiterated the same message. He then stated that no other company had touched the unit, even though I have 2 employees who have stated he said otherwise. When I would not change my policy, he called me a "f****** piece of s***" and hung up on me. We will not accept verbal abuse from our customers. We strive to get it right, and I'm very sorry that the unit failed fresh out of the box, but Mr. ******** has exhausted all of our goodwill at this point.

    I bought a new propane gas log stove at this business and the blower has never worked, After 6-7 visits to my house to repair the unit I ended up with broken logs, extra parts and screws laying loose in the bottom of the fireplace. Many calls to the business and never get a call back. The blower is still not working and the warranty is over. I had to drive 45 minutes to another dealer for the logs $250 and I am paying this business $160 to come look at the stove. Run away from these guys!

    ************,We have never made you pay for the parts or the visits as we attempted to address the issue with your stove. If I remember correctly, we put in more than one blower, to have the same issue present itself after we left. If you recently called the store about your continued concerns, I was not made aware, and I apologize. If you have not, I would have appreciated a call, to allow us to address your continued concerns. If you still have issues, I will gladly address them. If your stove has been repaired by another company, I will reimburse you for your expense upon providing the receipt. We strive to provide customers with a good experience. If we fail to do that, I am committed to finding an appropriate remedy.

    Horrible experience so far. The installation was to take 2-3 days. Still going on weeks later. Most days no one is here. Owner unresponsive. Apparently pool season taking priority over my incomplete job. Was told work would resume when pool season slowed down its only May. Chimney has been uncovered and open for a week. Very frustrated with the indifference over my very expensive job.
