      This occurred on 10/23/2024 Invoice # ********. Technician originally quoted price of $388.00 to fix a leak of tub. While running that repair the technician broke the pipe more then proceeded to charge us $1,300.00. Prior to fixing this he attempted to sell us on three other plumbing services which would have amounted to $8,000.00 dollars. I proceeded to explain the only (additional plumbing service) I required was internal parts for our toilet. I wanted this done (as a preventative Maintenace) as toilet was continuing to run due to old internal parts. Instead of providing a solution the Plumbing technician only offered a price of thousands of dollars to replace our toilet. Through a finance company supplied by The Dream team I did sign off on the work. I did this today only because I moved from having a slow leak to where the shower could not be used, and all water was shut off in the house. If I did not go through with the work, we would be without a shower and there would be a possibility this would go on for days looking for other quotes. When the technician was done the work, I was coerced into filling an online good review in their presence rather than being left the option to run this on my own when they left.

      **** was there , ***** followed up with a happy call - customer said it wasnt great he filed a report she ask if he spoke to anyone about the issues he just kept saying he filed a complaint .......he wouldn't tell her the issue.

      I wanted to give you a response and update to the complaint made by ****** *******. It was a lot of communicating back and forth and we were able to get in contact with him. ****** wasn't happy with the service he received from us. We completely understand his frustration, because it doesn't reflect the quality we aim for and he requested financial compensation. 

      We reached out to ****** directly to apologize and listen to his concerns. We assured him we're taking his feedback to heart and are committed to doing better. To make things right, we offered him financial compensation, which he accepted. He was satisfied with this conclusion and conversation that we had with him.

      We took this as a learning opportunity and we will continue to value our customers' feedback because we value 100% satisfaction.
