      Susquehanna Valley Tree service used my driveway to access a tree they were removing from my neighbor's property. They drove their large bucket truck up the edge of my driveway before needing to reposition it more in the center in order to extend the support braces on either side. (The edge of my driveway drops off down a hill which had support beams along the edge to hold in place.) The weight of the truck and supporting side braces damaged the edge of my driveway, causing it to sink in one place and push the support beams out compromising it's structural integrity. Before they left, I approached the owner, ****** ******, to address the damage to my driveway. We looked at the damage together. Mr. ****** would not take responsibility for the damage. He attempted to claim this was old damage and his equipment could not have possibly done this. My driveway is less than 2 yrs. old. He attempted to show where the support braces would have been which he attempted to say were not near the damage. However, given the size of the truck and where he said they were was not logically possible. I saw the truck in my driveway and knew of their placement. Mr. ****** refused to admit fault and continued to gaslight me. My husband called his company the next day to complain, and again ****** ****** claimed they did not damage our driveway and refused to accept any responsibility. We graciously allowed their company to use our driveway to access our neighbors tree that had fallen. This is why companies have insurance to cover damage they may accidentally cause. Mr. ****** made no effort to offer to fix the damage he caused, or even apologize for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly do not allow this company to use your property to access trees in someone else's yard. This company and Mr. ****** lacks integrity and I do not appreciate him trying to tell me this is "old damage" when I clearly know the details of my own property.

      Gave free estimate, no further service is required. Had to call a second time since he did not come by when he said he would.

      Did nice work, but charged my card $100 more than estimate. Called and texted several times, 4 months later and still waiting on refund.
