    I had spoke with my financial group and setup a payment arrangement with the financial group in order to get my loan payments up to date. The financial group were the ones who gave me the information on where my vehicle was located; which included the name of the business and their phone number. CRG picked up my vehicle on 9/11/24 around 3 am. I contacted CRG several times, and left messages asking for a call back so I could get information on recovering my vehicle. Final an employee by the name of ****, sent me text messages asking if I would be able to get my personal items out of my vehicle. I explained to him via text message that I was not able to do so due to my work hours. He then wanted me to meet him at a location after hours which wouldve been around 8pm, because I stated to him that I get off work around that time. I told him no I would not be able to do that, and that is not business hours nor do I trust that being that I am a female. I texted back and stated that my father may have been able to meet him. **** never replied back. It is now Tuesday 10/23/24, I received a missed call and a three unprofessional text messages that included a picture of most of my personal items, with a message stating to come put my items up. It has now been a little over a month, and according to the message, my vehicle has now been sent off the lot and getting ready for resale. Now I am out of my vehicle, which according to the financial agency, I would have been able to retrieve it back, because I had setup my payment arrangements with them. *** state within their voicemails not to call back several times, but again, they do NOT answer nor return calls until the last minute. I just lost my vehicle due the unprofessionalism of CRG.

    Went to pick up vehicle they pulled from their lot and put in the parking area for pickup. They disabled the car so it couldn't be started. Drove 30 minutes to pick it up after paying a ridiculous $350 fee and they sabatoged our vehicle so that it was undriveable. The battery needs replaced now because they blew it up s******* with things on a car they had no business s******* with!

    My fiance tried to filed a complaint but apparently since he was a "3rd party" his concerns were not valid. While in the previous communication with the business it was stated that my fiance made threats etc, I will not speak to that but what I will say is that I however did not! The whole reason we even contacted this guy, ****, is because that is what we were advised to do. Not only did he hang up on my fiance multiple times for trying to ask questions, he was also quick to speak down to us and make remarks of us being lazy individuals who do not work. I am a nurse on the cancer ward at a local hospital, I have seen things that I only pray he does not have to deal with... and then to sit there and make bogus remarks meanwhile cursing repeatedly and telling us to "stop being ******* babies," was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am not seeking money, although we were threatened with having our vehicle sent to auction after we had paid our bank and then after we received a message through text stating that we would have our storage fees waived, we were told later through message the next day that he was going to submit the fees to the bank for payment. We were told we asked too many questions because we did not know what to expect as we have never been through the repo process and ultimately were hung up on.... MANY TIMES. The whole reason we contacted this guy was because we were told we had to do so to set an appointment to get our vehicle back... little did we know we would be dehumanized and talked to like we were less than human because the Almighty **** had spoken. I do not really want anything from him other than apology because we did nothing wrong but follow the directions that were given to us. I know he has been doing repo for 30 years but we have not and to talk down to someone in a difficult situation was uncalled for. I would LOVE to see this guy put out of business which I know is unlikely but one can dream right?
