I had Truly Exceptional Service come out to spray for ********* ants. I paid 104$ in April 2025 for the service. I then receive a bill for ***** May 2025. When I called to see what I was being charged for ****** ********* (Exterminator) told me I signed a contract that states I pay every quarter. I told him I never signed a contract at which time he screamed and yelled at me but told me he would waive the 175$. He said You got your way you ignorant piece of s*** and he would also cancel the *****$ charge for May. I have this in writing I then receive another bill for 90$ in July 2025. I sent the email that stated I owe nothing. In a text I receive a note that states ****** cannot waive anything. I did some research and ****** owns a franchise of Truly *****. They also threatened me to send my account to collections and ruin my credit. I also have this in writing. I received a bill today for 280$. When I inquired about it they said they added the cancellation fee. They NEVER contacted to schedule service. They just keep billing me.

This is their contract. This is NOT my signature.

Not once has anyone ever contacted me to come out and service my property yet they charged me for both April and July and then included a cancellation fee of 175$

    This is a scam

I just received another phone call from ****** ********* at 9:20am today, 7/17/25, he again stated I do not owe anything.

I told him I need something in writing.

I have attached the bill that still exists on the Truly Exception Portal that lists I still owe 280.90
