    On Friday, November 24th 2023 I took my Jeep ************** limited to jiffy lube located in ********************* for an oil change. The very next day Saturday, November 25th 2023 I began driving my Jeep on a family trip that was 4 hours away. I got an hour out only to have it begin smoking from the hood. I pulled over to check and there was oil everywhere throughout the engine leaking onto the ground. I called jiffy lube explained what was happening. They told me to come back to see what was going on. I was told that the oil filter housing needed to be replaced and that the total would be $454. I had to take out gift cards using a split payment app called Zip to be able to afford this and placed another 200 on my **************** card. I did not have the money to cover this expense. I believe the employees at jiffy lube broke something in my oil filter housing for this to happen. The very next day there was no accountability taken at jiffy lube or a discount given. Had I went somewhere else to get my oil change I do not believe this would have happened for the air filter housing needing to be replaced.
