    I highly recommend Howard Home Improvements. I was in a pinch to get my son's closet organizer hung. Unfortunately, my boyfriend lacked the skills and patience to complete the project. I called Gary, gave him product details, and he came out the same week to do the job. He did a great job! Gary needed little guidance from me, was quick, cleaned up, and I was happy with the finished product. In fact, after Gary left, I called him and said "Wait! There is a dining room light I just bought and can't hang! Can you help?" Gary drove back and took care of it for me at no additional charge. I am very please with his work and customer service.
    I highly recommend HHI for your small home improvement needs.

    Hello, I hired Gary Howard to install shelving units in my new home. Mr. Howard informed me that if I were not satisfied with the job, he would make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Gary came out originally and seemed to be doing an excellent job until the shelves were actually installed. I had to call him back twice to correct what I saw as a problem. The shelves we not attached to the wall, and there was no support to the wall/wood. The wood he used was very thin, the stain was not the correct color, and lastly, there were big gaps from the wall to the actual shelf. I asked for him to come out and fix the wall, and he did. However, he caulked it with gray caulk where you could see how it was smeared all over the wood, it was a total mess, and he refused to give me my money back and come back to fix what I paid him to do. DO NOT USE Gary Howard. He is not a professional contractor that is true to his word and services. Gary Howard Home Services is located in Pennsylvania.
