We bought new furnace and air conditioner few years ago from ****. My husbands family has been using them for years. Since we purchased the new system, we have had ****** Service Agreement for them to service each of them once a year. A technician from their company broke our outside spigot when he tried to remove the old hose. He told us someone from the office would call us. Long story short, no one called. When I called the office, they offered to pay 1/2 the repair price. I could NOT believe it. The tech broke it and they were not going to fix it. I was referred to the owner who called me several days later. He asked if I could be sure the spigot would not break if someone else took it off. How am I supposed to know that? I'm not a plumber. The owner was very argumentative and said he didn't think they should have to fix it because it was he thought it would have broken when the next person took off the hose. MY QUESTION IS IF THEY THOUGHT IT WAS COMPROMISED, WHY DIDN'T THE **** SAY SOMETHING?! He kept going on and on about the next person...I finally asked him if would like me to have my nephew, who is a Master *******, repair it and send them the bill, he said finally said, someone would call and schedule to fix it. ANY service person I know said if they break it, they fix it. Period. NEVER EVER can I refer this company to anyone. Terrible customer service, terrible to treat a customer like I was trying to pull a fast one on him. It's a pretty straight forward fix. Not sure why the tech didn't fix it right then and there...or maybe he didn't know how??? How do you treat your customer so bad. I will be reporting this to every site I can to forwarn people NOT to use Edward **** in **********, **.
