I take no pleasure in filing this complaint. On 2/22/24, a proposal was submitted by Stong Plumbing/Main Line Bathrooms to remodel my bathroom and powder room. It was signed by their representative and me on 2/28/24. I was assured that both bathrooms would be completed by the end of May or the beginning of June at the absolute latest. Those deadlines and other promised deadlines have not been honored despite my repeated inquiries and ongoing frustration and the utter disruption it has brought into my life. On 9/25/24, I sent what was not my first email to Stong. I did not get a response. Two days later, I tried again and wrote: "...I have been asking these questions not for days or weeks but for months: 1) When will the work resume? and 2) What is the target date for their completion? These questions are extremely reasonable, logical and to be anticipated from any homeowner who has waited months like I have. There is nothing unusual or out of the ordinary that I need to know and want these bathrooms finished without further delay. I believe you or anyone else would be asking the same questions and feel the same way if in a similar situation."I finally received a response. I was offered another excuse and an attempted rationale for further delay. The person needed to complete the job is reportedly involved with other project(s). It is the same answer received two weeks before, when told that he would return to finish my bathrooms within a week and a half to two weeks. It never happened. Previous promises were made that by May then June then July then August and then September that the bathrooms would be completed. The ongoing lack of concern, unwillingness to rectify this situation and overall disregard is quite telling about this company. I am a concerned homeowner who was told his bathrooms would be done months ago. They have not been able to be used for months. I highly suspect there are other customers who have experienced much the same.

We signed a contract for a master bath in February of 2024. Work was to start in 8 weeks. Work began July 8th 2024. It was stated to be a 5-6 week project. We are now entering week 12. There have been weeks no one has been at our home to work. There have been contractor problems with installations that have been done incorrectly. The contractor continues to schedule workers and then no one shows. We have paid ********* to date after work has been completed. All we want is the bathroom to be finished. It is now to the point we are paying out of pocket for damages ensued by his employees. (ie a kitchen island lamp knocked loose by a painter.)
