    Purchased a used car (78k$) sight unseen that had 1300 miles. Sent car off to ppf installer and they discovered repairs (done horribly) on rear bumper and fender. I was never told of this damage and asked for help in repairs on the car as I was not told about them and being I am an out of state buyer expected to have this disclosed. I feel they may not have know either but seems disappointing that this happened and all dealer is willing to do is say sorry.

    **** reached out via email inquiring on our Dodge Challenger. My salesman *** reached out to **** who found a comparable car and offered 75k off our $79995 asking price.  We accepted his offer and proceeded with the deal. The car was in an off sight location under cover during this time. Once we had payment we were just waiting for shipping arrangements and randomly some guy showed up with a trailer to pick up the car. We immediately went to get the car and it was loaded with no paperwork of issues or damages. After the company doing the detail and PPF found imperfections in the paint. **** had them use a body shop to make the car to his satisfaction and proceeded to call us with a body shop bill we owed of $3250. The car was bought sight unseen and purchased using our over 20 pictures of all angles on our website. Not at any point were we asked if the car had any used car imperfections in the paint. The vehicle was sold with a remaining factory warranty but no one covers paint. Its a 2 year old car with a few thousand miles.
