    I contracted in July 2023 with To the Top Tree Service to have trees trimmed and elevated and the bulk of the work was completed on September 12, 2023. Unfortunately, on that day, my previous neighbor had his car parked too close to two of the trees and despite attempts to contact the neighbor, he was not at home and therefore, the car couldn't be moved. The owner of To the Top Tree Service was onsite that day and promised me that he would return at a later date to finish trimming the two trees. Based on his promise, I paid him in full. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions via telephone and email over the past 11 months asking them to return to finish the work, but they have not responded at all and have not come to finish the job. I now have new neighbors and as a courtesy to them and in an effort to be a good neighbor, I need to have these two trees trimmed so that the branches do not extend onto their property. I cannot complete the work myself and I cannot afford to hire another tree trimming service, especially since I already paid To the Top Tree Service for this work. I would appreciate the Better Business Bureau's help in getting To the Top Tree Service to come back to my home and finish the job for which they were paid.
