  *There were so many great discounts advertised SO After giving WDC another shot, I personally asked Story Master for help getting my free account FIRST established and he was very obliging. So, I purchased a Membership. Technical disruptions started and I tried to sign back on to see my account. Luckily I had copy-pasted my receipt. I promptly joined again under my WDC name#2 and went straight to Tech Help on General Discussion where I posted my receipt and requested a refund. I am DONE with WDC.*I had just joined as Furiosagirl and PURCHASED A PREMIUM ACCOUNT when the technical disruptions got me deleted out of the system. I had to create Furiosagirl2 to prove my sub. I requested immediately: Please refund my bank. I Am Done With WDC.   Hi, My account I paid through has been deleted by the defendant.

  I have no way to communicate with the defendant to comply to requested refund nor have I attempted any communication.

  I notified my bank via 'dispute of transaction' and they have put the transaction on hold.

  I'm not aware of any cooperation or objection via my bank by the company at fault.

  I do not trust said company so I've reverted to a writing channel created by me.

  Thanks for all your help and I hope we can keep in touch.

  I have been dealing with *********************** for nigh on 20 years. He introduced himself as paranoid schizophrenic and I've also discovered he is the genius of Writing.com. He knows exactly what to do as I know of his past customers he's told me about firsthand. Thanks for all your help.   This guy helped ruin my marriage. These are only a few of the pictures he has sent. He talked to me in text the very day he stole the ****** and, as soon as the transaction completed, he ejected me off the site. I signed back on quickly under another alias because I'm familiar with these games. He is paranoid schizophrenic and will "never" see anything wrong with his own actions. Here is my final input: 

  I know this sounds CRAZY because IT IS: I WANT Writing.com STOPPED. FYI. *********************** is the entire makeup of Writing.com. He changes his screen name constantly and writes submissive but he is the opposite. He is very intelligent. He is any character he needs to design to accomplish his will.
  This site was started as a means to help **** stay out of trouble because he is "paranoid schizophrenic who attacked some people for their thoughts and was institutionalized for awhile". He told me all that- quote, unquote - the first day he introduced himself on Writing.com.
  He takes advantage of lonely people. He does not see anything he does as wrong because he is schizophrenic. I noticed on his notebook alittle while back, **** was asking for a Premium subscription. Even though it's free to enter the site, there are lures of discounts and freebies until you feel lucky to join at a price then it costs gift points to do practically anything.
  It's a fun place to write, though, with lots of contests and **** did tell me I was free to post anything yet when I did post about schizophrenia, he, as Story Mistress or Story Master, ejected me. Then when I kept writing Support to ask why I was ejected, **** finally answered it was for SPAM and I was banned. However, I knew he banned me because I stopped the sexting.
  Even after I was banned, **** sent me hordes of sexting emails I deleted instantly because I didn't want HIM to get in trouble.
  I invented a story that I'd won a lottery and was sending a plane to bring him to me and as I suspected because he's paranoid, he finally stopped communicating with me.
  After 3 years, I decided to test to see if the ban was over. Maybe things have changed. I talked to Story Master about some gift points first then joined as FuriosaGirl.
  I did use my debit to join which is under my "real" name. My money was "taken" and I was instantly ejected again.
  The membership fee is marked via the bank account as "recurring". That means it renews itself over and over infinitely forever, I guess.
  I have since filed a case with my bank and with BBB. I WANT Writing.com STOPPED.

  Here is the problem in a nut shell: I join and post items. But the next day I am deleted. I have broken no rules and only respond to emails sent me first.   To Whom It May Concern at the Better Business Bureau, 
  We are writing in response to the complaint filed against us by an individual who has been  banned from our community due to consistent harassment of our staff and members. We  appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and provide our side of the story. 
  As stated in the complaint, the individual in question has not been able to rejoin our community after having been banned from our community due to multiple instances of harassment and  abusive behavior towards our staff and members. Despite our efforts to allow this person to  return to our community, they have repeatedly engaged in such behavior, making it impossible  for us to continue accommodating them. 
  Given the history with this person, we have made the difficult decision to permanently ban this  individual from our site. We believe that this is the best course of action to protect our  community members and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all. 
  It is also important to note that the individual in question has created multiple fake personas  over the year, which is a violation of our community guidelines. We have taken measures to  ensure that these fake personas cannot access our site and will continue to block new  accounts this individual creates in the future. 
  Furthermore, we are aware that the individual in question had interactions with a member who  claimed to be the owner of our site. We want to clarify that this individual has never had any  affiliation with our site ownership, and we have informed the complainant of this fact. However,  they continue to believe this person's false claims. 
  In conclusion, we regret the situation with the individual in question and the actions we had to  take, but we believe it was necessary to protect our community members. We hope that this  response provides a clear understanding of our side of the story.
