      Working with Weaver Memorials has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order for my late father’s headstone at their York location in December 2024, hoping a local, family-owned business would provide care and professionalism. Instead, the process was emotionally exhausting and unprofessional from the start.
      I repeatedly specified that the headstone needed to be flat due to cemetery regulations. Despite assurances that this would be verified, I was later told the stone I purchased could not be placed. The office attempted to upsell me on a more expensive stone instead of correcting the mistake. I had to insist on a compliant flat headstone and was promised a refund within 3–5 business days. Weeks later, I was told the refund wouldn’t be issued until the headstone was placed, contradicting their written promise.
      Months of emails and calls produced little response. By May, the headstone was still not placed, and the refund had not been issued. When I finally received updates, I learned they had allegedly sent a sketch for approval I never received. The placement and refund were further delayed by 6–8 weeks. On August 4, 2025, I discovered the headstone had been installed weeks earlier without notification. Only after multiple follow-ups was my refund finally processed.
      This pattern is extremely troubling, as I faced similar issues 10 years ago when ordering my sister’s headstone. Instead of easing a painful process, Weaver Memorials caused unnecessary emotional and financial hardship. Their repeated negligence, broken promises, and lack of communication are unacceptable. I deeply regret placing my trust in this company and would strongly caution anyone against using their services.

      We're so sad that you had a negative experience with our company! Due to your cemetery's restrictions, they denied your request to place the original monument you ordered - the cemetery required you to place a flat marker instead. We did not attempt to "upsell" you, but rather gave you options so that you could make an informed decision. We are sorry that providing you a menu of options was interpreted as "upselling".

      We have a receipt from DocuSign that you received the original proof. When you asked for the proof again, we resent it to you the same day of your request.

      You signed a change-order for the flat marker and refund amount. We informed you that all accounts are settled (whether it's a balance due or a customer refund) once the product is delivered. This was repeatedly communicated with you multiple times when you would call for updates. We promptly issued a refund once the monument was placed. Your original estimated delivery on your contract was June. Due to your change-order, the memorial was delivered July 17th.

      My wife was terminated by this company for looking for another job after they cut her pay $6 an hr she told them she was looking other employment but was not quitting until she found something else. On Friday March *******at 3 pm 2 days after my wife told them she was looking for other employment her manager *** shows up n told her to pack her things up n that she was no longer to be employed with Weavers Memorials. She was given a letter stating she self terminated. She did not tell them she was quitting just that she was looking for other employment. She has not found another job yet so she would still be at weavers memorials making them money. She was to visit 10 cemeteries a month,which she did, on her own ********** n milage on our cars. She did not get paid. Also if she was meeting with a client after her normal work hours she did not get paid. That is a **** pour way to treat your employees. All the employees should wake up n see they are being taken advantage of. I will do my damnest to tell people not to patronize Weaver Memorials. I have already put the word out

      This gentleman is not a consumer/patron, but rather a relative of a disgruntled terminated employee. We are disheartened by the relative's comments and note there are some untruths and embellishments therein. This employee was well compensated with a high hourly pay plus commission, paid time off, 401k eligibility and a flexible work schedule. Terminating an employee is never a positive experience. While not every person is a good fit for every job, we enjoyed working with this individual while employed with us and we wish her the very best in her next position

      My wife has a letter from one of the ************ manager (neither signed the letter) that she self terminated n not terminated by the company. 12 dollars **** is not a high wage like u say it is. How much do the owners make??? Think about it.
