    Boxes / Trash has been left outside apartment 7 for going on 3 weeks and they also have a car without a red tag for permission to park

    Hello,
    I wanted to inform you that we have reached out several times to all tenants regarding the removal of vehicles without valid tags or parking permits (screenshot attached).
    As previously communicated, a property manager was on-site and vehicles without permits where removed. 
    Additionally, any boxes or large debris left in common areas have been discarded.
    We appreciate your attention to this matter.

    For the past 3 weeks there has been 2 cars without parking permits. There is limited space in the parking lot. I tried to reach out to Fetch Home Management and the problem has not been resolved.

    Hi ******,

     

    We submitted an announcement on Friday to remove vehicles before we tow the vehicles.  These sort of requests take a little bit of time since we are dealing with personal property.  

     

    Think of it like this...if you forgot to put your tag on your vehicle, we would handle this the same way, give an announcement which allows you some time to just get the tag on the mirror instead of ******* and getting the vehicle removed.  We have rushed in the past and had to pay for the cost due to someones car being in the parking lot so its vital we get all sides here.

     

    Thanks again for submitting this - please just give us a little more time and we can address your complaint effectively.

    Every time I try calling they're home office, I get no answer, nor reply. Inconsistency in pest control, and cockroaches and other bugs are present.

    It takes Fetch home management a long time to book pest control and when they do, pest control doesn't come.

    Hello Kadi-*** *******, 

    Thank you for taking time to read over my complaint.

    For the complaint of fetch home management, I am complaining that services are not being made. Every month there is supposed to be pest treatment and they are not holding up there end of the bargin.

    When I try to reach out to them, they have no clear number to their main office. Please help me, best regards.

    We have monthly pest control scheduled for this property and have had it for the last several years. The next scheduled date is February 28 between 9am and 11am. All tenants names, numbers and emails are attached to the work order each month, and the vendor has instructions to call to inform tenants prior to each monthly appointment
