    We found and active rental listing on ****** and requested to view the property. North pointe requires an application and payment just to even view a property. My partner did that and paid them. He reached out to view the property and was told they wouldnt even show us the rental unless I also submitted my personal information and paid them. Against my better judgment, I submitted my information and paid them. After us both paying them, they have not shown us the property (or any property for that matter!), they havent communicated with us at all, weve both tried to contact them on multiple occasions only to be ignored. The rental we wanted to see is still active and has been for well over a month, which is unheard of in todays market. This company is taking peoples money while providing zero service!
