    I made an order with Chyatee for the amount of ***** on March 18, 2024. After months of correspondence with the merchant and not having received my shipment, I asked for a refund on May 29th, 2024 as I realized they were not shipping the product when promised, which shipment was promised on April 16th. On July 7th I asked what was going on with the refund and the merchant said she had sent a refund on May 29th. I talked to my bank and they stated we havent received a refund from SP Chyatee (as written on my bank records, aka Chyatee). On the Shop app which shows information about delivery, it shows the order is still showing a status of order placed not refunded or cancelled as it is suppose to show, I know this because Ive used the shop app before and when I cancelled an order it showed the status as refunded. I asked the business for a refund receipt or some kind of confirmation that they sent a refund and they were not able to produce that. I can confirm I have not received my refund or purchase as of July 17th, over 4 months later.
