I had originally gone to **** in Yhr David O Shell studio last year to correct my hair color from a dirty blonde to a beautiful platinum blonde. **** assured me she could get my desired color in one session, and she did. My hair looked amazing. She made reoccurring appointments for me to come in every 6 to 8 weeks so she could maintain the platinum blonde. After my 3 session was canceled by **** as she had previously done a full color instead of just the roots so my hair was good to leave for another month or so. 2 weeks after that phone call approximately 16 weeks after getting my hair regularly done with ****, my hair broke off. It went from below my shoulders to a pixie cut in a blink of an eye. Stating I hated short hair on me I never once had short hair since I was 22. I booked an appointment for hair advice and about getting extensions as half my hair was short and long in other places. I was given Shayann who was lovely. She did confirm that my hair had broken off and she could tell it was from all the bleach so she gave me a consultation that day to have 22 extensions put in by herself and ordered by David O Shell. It was supposed to be done before Christmas and they said my hair was on back order and never arrived. This continued every week until they finally arrived the 2nd week of January to which Shayann told me that the hair wasnt on back order, they had an outdated sample ring of hair color and they needed to order a new one and order my proper extension hair color that way. I was told this 7 weeks after the delays in my appointments. Skip onto the extensions are now in and 7 days later I went to the hairdresser a few doors from my house to have my hair washed as I was nervous to do it myself being a first timer with extensions. As she was looking at me hair the extensions were coming away in her hand and breaking my hair off with it. She said my hair was so fragile the extensions should never have been put in my hair. I have NO hair now.

I would like a full refund as I am now having hair treatments to try to remain what is left of my damaged broken hair due to the bleaching from **** and the extensions that ******** said herself on the phone call with me about the situation that she should have never put them in but I really wanted them yet not once did she ever say to me throughout the consultation or the installation process that my hair was too fragile from bleach damage to have extensions in my hair.  Upon my call to ******** after explaining my hair all broken off and how short it had been left she told me I could go buy a wig as they were all the rage now or I could have a pixie cut. I have spent a lot of money in this salon for both girls to leave me practically bald with no signs of trying to fix the issue but a suggestion to go buy a wig. I am now receiving therapy on a weekly basis as I cannot bare to look at myself

As  explained in my original complaint I would like a complete refund as the extensions should never have been put in my hair according to 2 second opinion stylists as my hair was too fragile. 22 extensions guaranteed for at least 3 months broke off my hair after 8 days and I have been left with little to no hair. When I called and spoke to ******* about it she told me she was sorry she knew she shouldnt have put them in but I could at least buy a wig as they are all the rage now. I am now spending money in a clinic to try and restore what little hair I have left. My hair was healthy until I went to this salon. Constant bleaching from **** broke off my hair and that is what lead me to having to get extensions in as they informed me it was a good way to let my hair grow underneath
