      Rolloff driver placed dumpster in our yard and somehow completely destroyed my children’s outdoor play house ($200 dollar item that I’ve had for 10 years without any problems). I’m talking in pieces. We spent all weekend just trying to rig it together to salvage and the side is completely bent and no longer connects making it completely unusable and essentially garbage. We reached out to the company as soon as we woke up and saw the damage. First I was provided with email address that does not exist, twice, to send pictures and was told there were cameras on the trucks. After calling back numerous times and never receiving a call back, I called off a different number and left a message and was finally given the number for the rolloff department and was met with deniability, no apology, and told that the driver “moved” it. We personally move it every time we mow grass as well as physically moving it locations during prior moves and never once had it come apart or need to be taken apart, which would have been fine if done CORRECTLY. I was also told there were no cameras and they wouldn’t accept my pictures. All I wanted was an explanation and or apology and got neither, just a “my driver said this” and “only your landlord can reach out” even though it was my property damaged and my significant other has an account with this company. While I can only hope the driver didn’t do it maliciously it is starting to feel like it was an act of aggression, against a children’s play house for whatever reason. Beyond disappointed with a company I’ve only had great experiences with prior to this incident.

      Hi, this is reference to claim ******** that I put in recently. I was personally contacted by the driver which is all I wanted in the first place as well as an explanation and apology, which he did provide. He came over and resolved my issue and offered any resolution possible and I no longer have ill feelings towards the driver, which was stated in my complaint. While I am not pleased with the customer service I received from their secretary, the driver also assured me he would handle that as well. As of now I would like to pull my complaint as I got the apology I was seeking. Thank you so much,
